Green to Gold

Limited edition fine art print of 6. Telluride in fall is something you genuinely have to see to believe. The golden colors take over the landscape, making an already beautiful place seem like it’s straight out of a fairy tale. Along Woods Lake during the shoulder season, green leaves give way to golden hues with a delicate reflection in the early morning calm air. Over three weeks, I would hike the trails along the lake, waiting for the perfect conditions to shoot this scene. I wanted a nice reflection but not one that was so perfect it would be distracting. “Green to Gold” brings that perfect balance between the colors as well as the real and impressionist.
