The tulip bloom in Chicago is a beautiful reward for surviving the cold winter. Each year tens of thousands of tulips decorate Chicago’s Magnificent Mile along with a few other major tourist destinations. I wanted to capture the crisp air in the morning light. Because of this hour of day I found the streets to myself. This delicate bouquet of tulips guides the eye through a few of Chicago’s most iconic architectural structures, including the bridge houses, the Wrigley building, and the former John Hancock building.
