Tanzania, 2021.

Limited edition print of 6 – It was my fourth day on safari. My photographic eye was racing for compositions. I was looking for a way to show movement while capturing this big bull elephant in his natural environment. Lying quietly next to my safari jeep, I captured him grazing peacefully as he made his way around the lake eating the tall grasses. Deep rumbles echoed in his chest, completely standing the hairs up on my arms as I watched the planet’s largest land animal pass by. I hope we meet again one day as old men.
